Dragonhill specializes in designing products based off your displays. This can be 2D wood puzzles or 3D craft products and more. Each item will have the exact details of your display. Below is a very basic over view of the process to make a 2D wood puzzle. This can usually be just a couple days for a simple one to a week or 2 for more complex puzzles. Our 3D gifts can take a bit longer to produce depending on complexity.
We do not have many size limitations, puzzles can be any size from small all the way up to 5 feet or more. Many of our designs are very large, making them great eye catchers for your gift shop.
All of our products are custom to specific customers, we do not show custom customer products. Please contact us for more specific sample pictures.
There is no fee for custom work and we have low minimums.
Our first stage is the idea and can start with a sketch.
Next we will make a first sample. This is usually a quick and dirty puzzle to see how it will turn out.
Next step is refinement and adding detail. We start to add detail to the puzzle that we missed in the first step.
Final product will build on the prior refinement.
